We all know how annoying it can get to have your email bombarded by newsletters. Why would you want to be another deleted email? As consumers we are getting really good at fine tuning our spam blockers, blocking phone calls, and weeding out the information we really want- you're good at it right? So is your potential customer to whom you want to send email to. This means you have to send things people actually want to read. This really means you can't just send ads via email- it's not your direct mail flyer replacement. Email is however, an excellent communication tool for marketing that, when providing great content and subtle call to action will result in great returns and measurable business.
So, you don't want to be a groupie with the SPAM band right? Well, how about if you throw in a little content, some interesting pictures or even a video link of something that your clients might laugh at or you personally found to be both fun and informational. These types of content are what keep you in front of your clients or prospecting clients as the solver of their problems for whatever it is your business does for them.
