AWS Management & Hosting Services Agreement:
 

Setup and management of AWS products and services to support your organization’s needs. 24/7/365 premium support via ticketing, and phone (business hours). Expert level consultation on architecture design, devops, CLI usage, and deployment.

Whats included:

  • Expert support - submit a ticket any time and our team will help you with configuration, architecture, speed, and security questions.
  • We will be your liaison between technical AWS staff to explain and help facilitate fast solutions.
  • You also have the option to interface directly with the AWS support team via the AWS console for live chat, email, and phone support upon request.
  • How to support - our team will help you learn how to use AWS CLI functions and tools to deploy, update, and manage your applications
  • Emergency support - production system impaired or down immediate support services 24/7/365. If it’s on our end, our team will work tirelessly with AWS advanced support to get a resolution. If it’s on your end, we’ll use error logging and cloud trail to help determine a cause so you can debug your application and re-deploy it.

Whats excluded:

  • Actual deployment to your live environment

Base Cost: $12,185 per year, paid annually or $2,000 per month paid monthly.
Additional one time, monthly, or annual charges may apply depending on your specific needs.

Important cost considerations: 

  • Required to use WST as an AWS or dedicated hosting partner.
  • Usage costs are additional per product and are billed monthly.
  • A 90 day notice prior to renewal is required to stop service.
  • This product is the overall account support minimum.  A markup is applied to hourly usage which includes all items in environment specific support listed below. World Source Tech reserves the right to modify pricing at any time as per our Universal Terms of Service.

  • Platform Upgrades
  • We will provide support for Blue/Green platform upgrades as needed, prior to the EOL for a given platform.
  • Customer will perform all migrations, we will advise on best practices and assist with configurations as a liaison with AWS support.

Agreements:


By Provisioning and maintaining any services with World Source Tech, LLC you agree to our Universal Terms of Service and related legal agreements as well as all AWS policies and customer agreements for any products on the AWS platform.


By Using World Source Tech as a vendor to provide AWS services, you agree to AWS customer agreements as the customer.
